OAK VALLEY INC has been in business in the Tehachapi area for 25 years and has built over 500 homes during that time. We have built all Tehachapi areas and are familiar with the issues inherent in mountain construction.

PLANS We have plans that you can use or we will build from your plans. If our plans don’t suit you or you do not have plans, we will work with you and an architect or draftsman to develop plans that completely suit your needs.



LOT & LAND AQUISITION OAK VALLEY INC owns several desirable lots that can be used for construction or we’ll work with any local realtor to obtain a lot. Our experience helps us to determine the best areas to build. If you already own your lot, call us and find out how easy having us build your dreamhome can really be.



FINANCING We can suggest different financing options and introduce you to people who specialize in all types of financing. Also, we are happy to work with cash buyers.
